Who I Am

I'm a sole practitioner offering professional learning, coaching, and resources through TeachSpark. If you have any questions, you can reach me at aimee.skidmore@teachsparkcoaching.com

 

By enrolling in a TeachSpark course or toolkit, you agree to the following terms:

1. This is a Self-Directed Learning Experience

You’ll receive instant access to all course materials, including videos, strategy guides, tools, and bonuses. While the content is designed to be high-impact and practical, your results will depend on how you choose to engage with the work.

2. You’re In the Driver’s Seat

These resources are here to support your growth as an educator—not to evaluate or monitor you. You’re free to explore, adapt, and apply the tools in ways that make sense for your classroom. There are no required submissions, grades, or deadlines unless otherwise stated.

3. Support Availability

Some offers may include access to a private community or live support options. If that’s included in your course, details will be clearly stated on the course page. You’re responsible for reaching out if you want support—we’re here for it.

4. Respect & Confidentiality

If you’re part of a group or Community/Discord space, you agree to engage respectfully and maintain the confidentiality of what’s shared. This is a professional space rooted in trust and collaboration.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to the refund section on your course’s sales page for specific terms. Generally, refunds are available within 90 days if you’ve completed the core content and reached out for support—but still feel it’s not the right fit.

6. Copyright & Sharing

All materials are for your individual use. Please don’t share, reproduce, or republish the content without permission. If you’d like to use the tools with a team, school, or in professional development, reach out to discuss licensing options.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR (and similar laws), you have the right to:

  • Access the data I hold about you

  • Ask me to correct or delete your data

  • Withdraw your consent at any time
